The Way We Eat
At The Ashram, we say, “We Don't Count Calories…We Count on You Loving it!” Our food is all organic, vegetarian and predominantly plant-based. It is wholesome, nutritious, and prepared by people who deeply enjoy every aspect of what they do.
Our guests will enjoy a variety of yummy dishes including, homemade granola with creamy almond milk and fresh berries, coconut chia smoothy bowl sweetened with unfiltered raw honey, tender baby greens with savory fresh hummus and a signature Ashram ramen soup with spiralized zucchini noddles in a baked sweet potato nest.
Fresh From the Garden
We seasonally grow most of the vegetables you will consume in our very own organic garden. It is a labor of love and a daily celebration of the harvest of nature's bounty. During your week, we encourage you to visit our garden where you can pick a succulent strawberry or vine ripened tomato and learn about the benefits of different herbs such as oregano, thyme and lemon verbena.
